When in doubt, stop, and practice Gratitude.
If you feel lost, if you don’t know what to do or what direction you’re headed, just hit the pause button on all the questions for a minute. Take a deep breath, and take stock of everything you’re grateful for. Everything you do know, everything that’s gotten you this far, and be grateful for that.
And feel the shift start to happen.
Anxiety and stress comes from needing to know and control what’s gonna happen, from living in the future.
Gratitude brings us back to the the here and now, and restores us to the present – the only place we are meant to live from.
